OH! Grilled eggplant is my favorite! You can also make some cool grilled pizzas. I have to admit I'm a cheeze lover, so I don't have any creative ideas for that substitution.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit I love grilled things, but my I really look forward to the sharing of fresh in-season foods, eaten outside, nearer to their point of origin. How refreshing!
since my parents bought my boyfriend a grill he has been like a kid with a new toy. i love grilled veggies. i recently threw some pineapple on the grill too!!
