I haven't decided what to do with them yet. Any ideas? Here are some fabulous things I just learned about mustard greens:
*1 cup of them (boiled) has 521% of your daily value of Vitamin K
*and 84% of your Vitamin A requirements
*and 59% of your Vitamin C requirements
*There are in the same food family as broccoli, Brussels sprouts (I ALWAYS thought it was spelled 'brussel sprouts' until just now. Wow. I'm kind of shocked about this. Another word I've been spelling wrong my whole life!), and cabbage
