Since going 'mostly' vegan and 'mostly' wine & coffee-free, I have slept 'mostly' through the night! This has been an amazing blessing because I've always been a very light sleeper prone to 3-4 nightly wake-ups.
But for the last 2 weeks, I have been waking up around 1-2am almost every night feeling super-duper hungry. I'm eating plenty of calories throughout the day, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've been grabbing a quarter of one of these monster cookies to tide me over. Probaby not the best choice, but it works.

those cookies look great. i wouldn't be able to stop at a quarter, or half even :) luckily i don't wake up hungry like that. never have. i sometimes (too often) eat too late but never wake up in the middle of the night hungry.
