
I wanted to use up my 2 fully ripe bananas and came up with this little breakfast treat. It includes:
2 mashed bananas
a bunch of whole oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon peanut butter
sprinkle of cinnamon
Baked at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. They turned out pretty well! Definitely not the same texture as a typical cookie, but tasty nevertheless.
