Yummy mushroom goodness! Anyone else love mushrooms? I suddenly remembered this evening while eating them on a potato that they are pure fungus gold!

I LOVE mushrooms! I think they are so very tasty! During undergrad school, my printmaking professor had a 4 course meal all surrounding mushrooms---wouldn't that be fabulous?!
