For lunch, I made some tasty soup:
1 clove garlic
1 can kidney beans
1 cup brown rice
1/2 can crushed tomato
1 cup of my favorite salsa
1 cup corn
enough water to cover the ingredients while they cook
And for dinner, delicious new potatoes with chick peas. Here's a picture of how it turned out and the recipe. The recipe just says "potatoes" - I thought it turned out well with the new potatoes.
